On 8 August 2026 The Boring Company posted video and details of fully autonomous ring building by Prufrock.
The company stated that six concrete segments (approximately 3,750 lb each) are lifted, translated and placed into final position.
It noted that this is the weight of a Tesla Model 3, placed with millimeter precision in under one minute, and that the process is monitored remotely from the Global OCC in Texas.
